WestPack Industries has 2 semi-automatic dry bagging lines and 1 fully automatic dry bagging line. All lines take pre-formed bags. Capacity is 5,000 to 12,000 bags per line per shift, depending on the product. We also have the capability to label & fill large spice jars. We have blending capabilities for baking blends, trail mixes & smoothie mixes. Our bottling line for ambient liquids fills Oils, Vinegars & Soy Sauce that do not require pasteurization. Capacity is 10,000 to 14,000 bottles per shift. Our second bottling line can produce pasteurized sauces such as Teriyaki Sauce and has capacity of 15,000 to 25,000 bottles per shift. Both lines can accommodate a wide variety of bottles & caps.
Currently we can fill ambient liquids such as oils & vinegars, as well as Pasteurized beverages and sauces.
